The three areas we specialize in are PRE-CONSTRUCTION, RE-CONSTRUCTION OR COSMETIC SURGERY (decorating). All three categories require floor plans which are done on computers. This program enables the designer to be more exacting on measurements and it enables us to make immediate changes in rooms to scale. It also allows the designer to personalize the plan for each labor group: i.e.: electricians, tile, plumbers, etc.1. PRE-CONSTRUCTION - We begin by working with you on the pre-construction elements making sure each room is proportioned to fit your needs. Next, we look at the elements to enhance the room for mood, functionality and your lifestyle. We then select the floor and wall elements - ex: tile, molding, lighting, etc. We then supply to the different labor groups their own plans with specific instructions on their own CAD floor plans.2. RE-CONSTRUCTION - This is similar to pre-construction except we are raising parts or all of the existing space - baths, kitchen, lighting, flooring, paint, wallpaper, etc. We work from our drawings in accordance with the client's needs and taste. Now, we can begin the process of decorating.3. COSMETIC SURGERY - After thoroughly interviewing the client, we proceed to floor plans and designs. Once the plans are approved, we start selecting the necessary elements for each room - cabinetry, wallpaper, paint colors, lighting, etc. The above three scenarios should give you an idea of how CIFC can help you on all different levels of needs and Life Styles.
